When you submit our Request Information form, you choose whether to receive text messages from Dooney's Barber and Beauty Academy sent from (833) 366-6397. Message frequency varies based on communication needs and may include customer assistance or addressing customer inquiries. Message and data rates may apply.

By providing your email address, you agree to receive email replies to your inquiry and related information about our programs. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link; transactional replies to your specific questions are sent as needed.

Tuition Financing Requests
If you use our Tuition & Financing page to request an application link, we email that link to the address you provide. If you also opt in to a text, the application link is sent to your phone by our financing platform, ePay Finance (Flexxbuy), from its own number (866) 343-5268 — not from the school's number. Those messages are governed by ePay/Flexxbuy's terms; reply STOP to that number to opt out of them, and HELP for help.
Dooney's Barber & Beauty Academy is not a lender and does not perform a credit check. When you apply, you deal directly with ePay Finance and its lending partners on their own hosted application, under their privacy and consumer-lending disclosures. Use your own email address on the application — your offers and loan documents are sent there.
What We Collect
Our Request Information and Tuition & Financing forms collect your name, email address, phone number, program of interest, and your consent choices. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, help you enroll, deliver a financing application link you requested, and — only if you opted in — send you updates by text or email.
How We Handle Your Information
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate — our email/messaging providers, and, for financing requests, the ePay Finance (Flexxbuy) platform that receives applicants — and only as needed to deliver the communications and services you asked for.
- Lead notifications are delivered to school-controlled mailboxes, including a backup mailbox hosted with Yahoo Mail, so we don't lose your request to a delivery hiccup.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
